Kenneth Yepez uses the details you submit to respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services.

What is stored

Requests contain your name, email, optional company and workflow description. Workspaces contain account details, proposals, projects, documents, messages and session information.

Access and providers

Project information is available to the assigned client and the administrator. The website uses Vercel; project storage uses Cloudflare. Session cookies last up to eight hours. Booking opens Cal.com, the credential badge loads from Credly, and Vercel Analytics collects website usage information.

Course emails

Course exercises require a separate opt-in and email confirmation. We store your email, language, consent and sending history to deliver four exercises through Maileroo. Kenneth’s course list is separate from Adrian’s. We do not track opens or clicks in these emails. Each message includes an unsubscribe link. We keep a cancellation record to avoid sending again; contact Kenneth to request deletion or a new confirmation link.

Your choices

Submitting a request does not opt you into marketing. The workflow brief is saved locally in your browser. Contact Kenneth to request access, correction or removal of your information, or to discuss retention for a service.
